debe holland holds an Associates of Arts Degree in Landscape Design & Associate s of Arts in Management/ Business. She has owned her own landscape design firm for over 25 years. She incorporates natural architecture, 5 element Feng Shui and Zen living into her clients gardens to create a contemplative and intimate space for the whole family!
In addtition she is an avid photographer specializing in nature and macro photography. She has served on the Beaverton, Oregon Design Review Board for 5 years, an exhibit designer for the Seattle Garden Show, a Street of Dreams Designer and has taught at Santa Fe Community College, Portland Commnity College and Maui Community College, also featured in newspaper, radio and local television. She is a Certified Member of APLD, (Association of Professional Landscape Designers).

Debe designed my front and back garden fall 2009……She did a beautiful job!….She used all my favotite colors and it was also designed in a Feng Shui manner……..I am so excited for everything to bloom this spring/summer! She was a joy to work with…….Alexis Williams-Santa Fe

Debe has been working with me for two years helping me to transition my garden gradually. She has added color and texture to the garden and longevity to the blooming season. She is very responsive and perceptive, hearing what I am looking for in the character of my garden without my necessarily having a clear idea myself!
Our home was recent construction and the 2 acre site was a complete blank slate. Nothing but dirt, trees and a few rocks. We could not make any sense of what to do with the space. Enter Debe … Within a week, she had designed our dream, completely transforming our property. It all appears as if it was always this way. Very natural, very beautiful. You know when you are working with a great designer when she arrives with a plan and you’re only comment is “implement it!” We did not make a single change.
