Meet Philip Ross
After successful completion as Managing Broker and Director of Operations where I oversaw the daily operations of all Prudential Santa Fe Real Estate’s offices: Don Gaspar, North Guadalupe, and Eldorado I joined the sales team at Prudential. In 2007, along with business partner, Mark Banham formed the Banham Ross Group.
I moved to Santa Fe from Dallas, Texas, where I was Director of Operations for a leading Dallas real estate agency. I have been a licensed real estate professional for more than twenty years. I got my start in my family’s real estate business – my father owned and managed a real estate firm in Dallas for over 30 years.
Born and raised in Texas, I was drawn to Santa Fe for its scenic beauty. As a long-time resident of a major city, I have found Santa Fe to be the ideal mix of big-city culture and small-town manageability.
