I am a gay, single man interested in learning more about Sante Fe as a place for me to retire. Though I am at least 10 years away from retirement, I am interested in purchasing a small condo in the next year or so. I am aware of Rainbow Vision but am wondering if there are other condo or townhome developments that might be attractive options.

I would be looking for a 2 br 2 bath unit (no more than 3 brs), all on one floor. Not sure about the price since I don’t know the area. I currently live outside Chicago.

Any ideas for me?
