There are three main reasons we own a home in Rancho Viejo: 1)The surrounding countryside is just beautiful, and any homeowner in RV can take advantage of it by walking the many paved pathways that are provided by the homeowners’ association. 2)The HOA supports a strong Neighborhood Watch program, which helps to deter crime and keeps everyone safe. 3)The community provides a peaceful and tranquil setting to enjoy life in the Santa Fe area.
